Terms of Service

Preamble

These terms of service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") exclusively and unconditionally govern all service sales made by CallPeek to its users (hereinafter "Client(s)"), via its website accessible at callpeek.com (hereinafter the "Site"), to the exclusion of any other conditions, in particular those applicable to in-store sales or through other distribution or marketing channels.

Purpose

The purpose of these Terms is to define the conditions and procedures under which CallPeek offers, markets, and provides Clients with a digital service for analyzing and enriching phone number information, including but not limited to identity lookup, social profile checks, usage history verification, and access to public and/or licensed data, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing the Site and subscribing to the offered service, the Client acknowledges having read these Terms in their entirety and expressly accepts them without restriction or reservation. Acceptance of these Terms is a prerequisite for access to the service and constitutes a firm and final commitment by the Client to comply with them.

Description of services

CallPeek offers a fully digital service, with no physical medium, consisting of an online interface allowing the Client to analyze a phone number and receive aggregated information from various public or licensed sources, presented in a synthetic or detailed report format. Results may include, but are not limited to, the presumed owner's name, potential historical locations, links to social profiles, possible usage types (professional, personal, temporary, fraudulent), as well as an indicative reliability score calculated algorithmically. The Client acknowledges that the provided data is generated through automated algorithms and is for informational purposes only, carrying no contractual or evidentiary value.

Pricing and financial terms

The service is offered as a subscription with an initial seven (7) day trial period billed at the promotional price of one euro (1 €), granting the Client unlimited access to the described functionalities. At the end of this trial period, unless previously canceled by the Client via the account management interface or by email to support, the subscription is automatically renewed on a weekly basis at the prevailing rate at the time of subscription, currently fourteen euros and ninety cents (14.90 €) per week, including taxes. The Client expressly authorizes CallPeek to charge the due amount on a recurring basis at each billing cycle, using the payment method provided during the initial order.

Payment conditions

Payment for the service is made exclusively online via credit card, using a secure system provided by an authorized third-party payment processor. The Client guarantees having all necessary authorizations to use the selected payment method and agrees to keep their payment information up to date to avoid any service interruption. In case of payment failure, CallPeek may suspend or terminate access to the service without notice, and the Client shall not be entitled to any compensation or refund.

Right of withdrawal and immediate execution

In accordance with provisions applicable to digital services provided without a physical medium and fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, the Client expressly acknowledges and agrees to waive their right of withdrawal as soon as the service execution begins immediately after payment validation, even during the trial period.

Termination and cancellation

The Client may terminate their subscription at any time by accessing the dedicated section within their personal account or by submitting an explicit request to customer support at support@callpeek.com. Termination will take effect at the end of the current subscription period, without prorated refund, unless otherwise expressly agreed by CallPeek at its sole discretion.

Liability

CallPeek shall under no circumstances be held liable for any direct or indirect, material or immaterial consequences that may result from the use or interpretation of information provided through the service. Information is provided for indicative purposes only, and it is the Client’s responsibility to verify and assess its relevance and reliability. The Client assumes all risks related to the use of reports and analyses obtained.

Personal data protection

CallPeek undertakes to ensure the confidentiality and security of personal data provided by the Client, in accordance with its privacy policy accessible on the Site. The Client has rights of access, rectification, objection, deletion, restriction, and portability concerning their data. To exercise these rights, the Client may send a request to privacy@callpeek.com. CallPeek commits to responding within legally prescribed timeframes and not to disclose data to unauthorized third parties, except where legally obligated or upon request from a competent authority.

Disputes and applicable law

These Terms, and all transactions arising from them, are governed and interpreted independently of any specific national legal system. In the event of a dispute concerning the validity, interpretation, or performance of these Terms, the parties shall endeavor to seek an amicable resolution. Failing amicable settlement, the dispute may be brought before any competent jurisdiction chosen by the initiating party.

Modifications

CallPeek reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time and without prior notice in order to adapt them to service developments, legal or regulatory requirements, or any other changes deemed necessary. The applicable Terms are those in effect at the time of subscription or renewal. The Client is encouraged to regularly review the latest version available on the Site.
